plan + stage is an office for event production located in Berlin. The range of services includes all technical and organizational aspects of planning and realizing your event. Concert, exhibition, show, anniversary, general assembly, art installation, studio production, city festival or foam party … We work as consultants, planners, production or project managers, project coordinators, technical directors or stagemanagers.

We are working for a variety of clients in the public and private sector to develop and produce their ideas and concepts for all kind of live events.

“Never change a winning team!” Since the two founders Anke and Florian met during their engineering degree at university they worked together. In addition to sharing their love for both events and technology they share their hands-on working mentality and organisational skillset.

Anke is the founder of plan + stage. As an engineer and arts scholar, she speaks the different languages of the interdisciplinary world of events. Anke loves complex tasks and she always has an overview.

Before she started the office, her work was focused on exhibitions: She was in charge of the technical and organizational planning, seeking permissions and the implementation. Besides she was the project leader for concerts and ceremonies. She also planed rigging and light for different trade fairs.

Florian is the founder of plan + stage. One could almost say, he was born as an engineer. Florian loves technical challenges and he always remains calm.

Before he started the office, he worked as the technical director of concerts including international stars out of the pop and classical music world. He also was responsible for the technical planning of other cultural events and the infrastructure of street markets. In addition he worked in CAD-drawing / planning for a new event location located in Berlin.
